Temp– Important the oil is hot enough when you place in the onion. You want it 180C/350F. Any lower and you risk the onion soaking up too much oil and going soggy. The oil temp will drop when you add the onion, but just maintain it as best you can. The aim of the game is to really ensure you get in and around as much and as many of the petals as possible. For performance reasons, the original game has a limited number of object slots. On particularly busy levels, like Gateway, all the slots are used.
