Safe to say I wasn't disappointed either, It's nice to have peace of mind and access live tracking data from the vehicle, this little tracker is a serious bit of kit.
Portal not used that much so far but what I have used has been fairly easy and understandable to navigate.If you are unsure and do not feel comfortable or confident installing the device then you should ask a professional auto electrician to install it for you.
