The Coopers range of kits are top quality, although they really benefit from the addition of either brewing sugar, beer enhancer or malt extract (dried or liquid) instead of sugar. It's still brewed naturally using the century old top fermentation method and it still tastes great! This sediment is completely natural and can be gently mixed before drinking or poured carefully leaving the sediment in the bottle.
