I contemplated getting it because I have the ABH Modern Renaissance and Morphee 350 (the two pallets this is compared to). I personally prefer the lighter half of the palette as it’s much easier to work with and doesn’t emphasise my dark circles as much. Every shade in Naked Heat features UDs Pigment Infusion System, the proprietary blend of ingredients that gives each shade its velvety texture, rich colour, serious staying power and blendability. Better than the first 3 Naked palettes, for example, which have only a couple mattes and way too many shimmers, some in odd colors that I would rarely if ever use.

I used to own the Urban Decay Naked 2 palette but passed it on to a friend as it was a touch too cool-toned for my liking. My hooded and slightly oily eyelids tend to make any eyeshadow formula crease, so applying an eyeshadow primer base such as Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion is a must for long-lasting eyeshadow, after which I find these eyeshadows to stay on my lids for up to 12 hours with minimal creasing or fading.
