Thanks - at first I thought we'd leave it inside, so he can crawl in and out of it, and then later he would be able to drive it around.

However, the one that we bought comes with a push handle so we could have easily pushed him around if we were so inclined and he would have loved it even at the age you're describing. However your little ones like to have fun - whether it's climbing, splashing around or playing make-believe - they'll get plenty of entertainment from our Little Tikes range. He loved cars and trucks, pretending in cars, and spent a lot of time playing with the neighbor's car. For what it's worth, we also have the mini Cozy Coupe (with pushbar and permanent floor), a Kettler, a LT or FP trike, and countless other ride-ons.With a working horn, ignition switch, open-and-close petrol cap and storage to the rear to transport toys in, this popular ride-on has it all. As you can adjust the seat to move it backwards to accomodate long legs, it will last him for even longer.

Our neighbors have one, and my daughter (23 months) is really drawn to it, but always gets bored with it quickly, I've noticed.Then uses it whilst saving the world as Superman by turning it on his side and then it becomes the batmobile. Then, he wanted to power it with his own feet most of the time, although he would get tired and I would still push part of the time.

Got one of these for DS2's birthday recently (he's 3) but my 6 yr old fits in it and they have a great time playing with it together. Little Tikes Pre-K and Kindergarten toys are just thing your child needs to get their imaginations working and little bodies moving!
