Cosplay Pikachu can switch between costumes at any time by going to any Contest Hall in the Hoenn region and talking to the Pokémon Breeder in the green room. This Pokémon Breeder can also remove the costume.The user shrouds itself in electricity and smashes into its target. It also damages the user a little. The user unleashes a vicious blow after its cute act makes the target less wary. It may also make the target flinch. The user copies the target's last move. The move can be used during battle until the Pokémon is switched out.

A jolt of electricity is hurled at the target to inflict damage. It may also leave the target with paralysis. The user soars, then strikes its target on the second turn.
