About this deal

Whether you are a great fan of the rap beat group Thug Life or not, you are bound to like at least one tattoo of Thug Life from this collection. The group has met with nothing but opposition and notoriety because of the pro-gangster lyrics and controversial themes of their songs. The group was started by Tupac Shakur, better known as 2Pac. The group‘s outfits and styles are very popular among the youth and so are tattoos with their name. Some of these tattoos show just the words Thug Life and some combine with other themes for a greater artistic display. The word “Notorious” written vertically over the whole right forearm. According to some, it goes together with the “Outlaw”-tattoo on his left forearm read “Notorious Outlaw”. But the big difference in style and type of writing contradicts that somewhat. As Complex noted that Tupac was extremely driven to make his voice heard in various social movements after Big Kato was murdered. His stepbrother Mopreme Shakur stated: “It was really supposed to be about saving thugs’ lives. A lot of people got the message, but a whole lot didn’t. MOB” is often used as an acronym for “Members of Bloods”, but not in Tupac’s case. In several songs – such as ‘ Blasphemy’ ( The Don Killuminati: the 7-Day Theory, 1996) and of course ‘ M.O.B.’ ( Until the End of Time, 2001) – he describes it as “Money Over Bitches”, although he seems to have explained it as “Money, Organisation and Business” as well near the end. This is possibly one of his lesser known and lesser photographed tattoos, but at the same time one of the most complex. The tattoo had a skull with a bunch of cash and a scale balancing a baby on one side and bars of gold on the other. Next to it was written “Be Ambitious with Love While Young”.
