I really like how the legs are a flatter brushed metal finish. The contrast this makes next to the stainless steel is really nice.If you are looking for an appliance that will make you look like you know what you are doing in the kitchen and have the money to do it, this is the toaster for you. (Think Porsche in your garage!) However, if you are more practical and want a good toaster without breaking the bank, I think there may be better choices out there for you. I honestly do not think I would spend my own money on this particular toaster. With the 2 slice Wolf Gourmet high-performance toaster, it is a perfect size for a smaller kitchen and will toast your bakery products to your exact preference at the touch of a button. It has a sleek design that will look great in a traditional hub of the home. I have to give a very high score in this section of the Wolf toaster review because it’s a top quality appliance that Wolf supports. What I liked The frozen button can be pressed at any time and tells the toaster you’ve put a frozen item in the toaster. This comes in handy for me because I like cooking frozen waffles.

At more than six inches long, you can easily toast long slices of ciabatta and sourdough without having any bread peeking out of the top untoasted. As for those slices of artisan bread, it came out perfectly toasted every time—no burnt toast here! The Wolf toaster did take a bit more time to toast up our bread and waffles, but our Test Kitchen thought the flawless performance was worth the extra 15 seconds of time.

It feels extremely strong and sturdy when you use it which is a must at this price point.The knobs, levers and buttons on a Wolf are all great quality. The materials and build quality are what you’d expect from a professional level appliance. Everything is very durable, heavy duty and sturdy. The entire toaster is heavy and feels strong when you use it. The lever is tight and precise and so are the all the buttons and knob. Even the slide out crumb tray is very good quality and doesn’t feel cheap when you pull and push it.
