About this deal

I'm a little confused on the tail stripe. I'm following the directions but when I finish row 2, I end up with 3 stitches instead of 2. What might I be doing wrong?

Really amazing! Can't wait to make him. I have all the materials, just need to find the time! Thanks for another great pattern. Gauge isn't terribly important on this project, as long as your choice of yarn and hook and your individual tension result in an even, firm stitch so that the stuffing won't come through. Do you use stitch markers to begin and end the rows? I'm having a problem since most crochet rounds that start with a single crochet usually chain one then sc. You then have a beginning to join. I seem to lose count. Create adorable crochet dolls with this easy-to-follow Meow Amigurumi Crochet Doll Pattern. Create adorable amigurumi baby mouse and fox with this easy-to-follow crochet pattern. Perfect for beginners and praised by reviewers.I’m wondering if I need to decrease the number of stitches on the MR? Or lower the amount of lines that are increases. Ok, well. After many requests I finally managed to get around to making a Charmander. I know the pictures are terrible, but hey I'm not a photographer and neither my camera OR the weather are cooperating at the moment. So it's inside photos for now y'all... I'll try to get some other pics soon. I’ve added links to a Paintbox DK Cotton colours that match what I usually use to crochet Charmander – I find a good non-neon Orange particularly difficult to find when shopping for yarn online! For the red and yellow of his tail, you’re better off using a wool or acrylic as cotton won’t get as fluffy after brushing.

continue in Orange) [ dec, sc 2 ]x 3, (change to Cream) sc 6, (change to Orange) [ dec, sc 2 ]x 3 (24) i love this but I'm confused with the increases starting in round 19 of the head/body. The number of stitches are coming out different from the number in your parenthesis...am i reading it wrong, please help! Thank you Method #1: I have used this method in reverse to enlarge a pattern before – and it’s simply changing the yarn and crochet hook you’re using but following the pattern the same way. So instead of a 3mm crochet hook you could try and find one even smaller; and instead of 8ply yarn you could try using something thinner – like a 4ply or baby weight yarn. Then you would just follow the pattern the way it’s written but you would end up with a smaller doll.this is for the open mouth version of the head and body, if you would prefer to make the 'closed mouth' version (not shown in pictures) begin with the alternate head and body below) I don't get row 16 of the head and body; open mouth section. How many sc are u suppose to have at the end of the round? Rnd 12: sc in next 11 sc, Working in Front Loops only - 2 sc in each of next 10 sc, Working now through both loops again - sc in last 11 sc (42) I started 53stitches in 2014 after being inspired by some amazing (I now realise) knitted dolls. I made my first little crocheted monkey doll a couple of weeks later, and then I was hooked for good. Do you know how to decrease this pattern to make a smaller figure? I’m trying to do it myself, and I’m having a hard time knowing what lines or stitches are essential.
